Pet Grooming Academy
Purrfection Catz Grooming Academy aims to prepare students to be professional cat groomers & business owners who are capable of running their own business or work in a grooming salon.
Purrfection Catz Grooming Academy aims to train students to become comfortable with cats, understanding all elements about cats such as cat handling, cat behaviour, cat coat & skin, cat anatomy, cat first-aid, grooming product & equipment and techniques necessary to become competent cat groomers.
✔ Each course will provide a practical and theory component, with the emphasis being on the practical training.
✔ The entry requirement for both courses is a minimum age of 18 years old. Students below 18 of age require the permission of a parent or guarding.
✔ Each course will be offered in English and Malay. All courses comprise a final written theory examination and final practical grooming examination.
✔ Purrfection Catz Grooming Certificate of Certified duration is a minimum of 3 days. Purrfection Catz Grooming Certificate of Professional duration is a minimum of 1 day.
✔ The average student ratio is 1:1 for practical and theory training and 1:6 for practical group demonstrations.
